Milwaukee's blessed with many great burgers. Yet, Solly's butter burger continues to impress and spread its wings.

Further proof comes from New York City where the Solly's Grille butter laced creation will grace the plates at Tribeca Cinemas on Wednesday, May 7 following an anniversary screening of the 10-year-old film by George Motz titled "Hamburger America." Solly's was featured in the documentary.

New York-based chefs Andrew Zurica and Jeffrey Maslanka will attempt to recreate this iconic Milwaukee-area burger for NYC's Third Annual Burger Week that runs through this week.

Kinda makes you think, Milwaukee Burger Week anyone? It has a nice ring to it, I think.
