On the heels of the excitement of Wisconsin’s debut on Bravo’s “Top Chef” season 13, head judge and celebrated chef Tom Colicchio is making a return to Milwaukee for a one night performance at the Riverside Theater to promote his newest book.

The event, presented by Boswell Books, will take place on Oct. 14 at 7 p.m. at the Riverside Theater, 116 W. Wisconsin Ave. (doors open at 6 p.m.).  It will include a conversation with Paul Bartolotta, chef and co-founder of The Bartolotta Restaurants. 

All tickets to the show will include a copy of Colicchio’s new book “Why I Cook,” a combination memoir and cookbook filled with 60 recipes and personal reflections on Colicchio’s 40+ years in the hospitality industry. 

Tickets, which start at $42.50, will go on sale Friday, Sept. 6 at 10 a.m. at pabsttheatergroup.com.
