A Village of Wauwatosa tradition is returning for 2024, with an even bigger experience than ever before.

On Monday, the village announced the dates for TosaFest, as well as a ton of events happening throughout the village during the festival. The 2024 festival will be held on September 6-7, from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. both days. This year’s festival will feature three music stages, four beer gardens, and a “spritzgarden” with wine as well.

The sprawling festival will take over the Village of Wauwatosa, with food vendors, local businesses, a volleyball tournament, and much more for the whole family for two days in the heart of Tosa. This year will also mark the return of an Oktoberfest celebration with Draft & Vessel, featuring German beer and a stein-holding competition as well. If that wasn’t enough food-and-drink-themed competition, Saturday’s lineup will feature the TosaFest Cheese Curd Eating Contest, in partnership with The Village Cheese Shop.

For those looking to upgrade their TosaFest, VIP packages with fine dining from La Reve and Eddie Martini’s are available as well. That also includes an Arté In the Street painting experience with Arté Wine and Painting Studio, a “Make Your Own Charcuterie Board” experience with GreyHouse Creative Market and the Village Cheese Shop, and a Chili Cookoff and Cupcake Contest from St. John’s Lutheran church.

“TosaFest has really been revitalized since it returned to the Village from Hart Park in 2022,” said Chris Leffler, president of the Wauwatosa Business Improvement District and owner of Leff’s Lucky Town. “It just has a great feel to it and offers something for everyone. We’re pleased that it’s been consistently recognized as one of the best community festivals in the Milwaukee area.”
