Trocadero, 1758 N. Water St., closed its doors after brunch on Sunday. But, fear not, it will reopen on Wednesday. "Should be open by 4 p.m.," says co-owner Mike Eitel.

Trocadero staff will use today and Tuesday to, in Eitel's words, "improve the state of our kitchen to gear up for the increase in summertime volume. (We are) adding Parisian-styled seating along Water Street in front of the terrace" and working on menu changes that will put more "emphasis on our food. We are excited to be focusing on the quality of the food that will accompany the new menu!"

Trocadero will re-open Wednesday (for its regular Wine Lover's Wednesday) with a new the new wine list created by master sommelier Brian Miracle of Third Coast Wines.
