Get ready to feel the love at the Miller High Life Theatre this February as rapper and movie star Tyrese, along with "Pony" crooner Ginuwine, will bring the "Love Vibes Only" show to Milwaukee on Thursday, Feb. 21 at 7:30 p.m.
When he's not starring in the "Fast and the Furious" movies, Tyrese also has a strong singing career, starting in the late '90s with his singles "Nobody Else" and "Sweet Lady," with scored him a Grammy nomination for Best R&B Male Vocal Performance. Most recently, he teamed up with Ginuwine and Tank for his final studio album, "Black Rose," which topped the charts in 2015.
Speaking of Ginuwine, the R&B artist also grew into fame in the late '90s with slick steamy hits like "Pony" and "Differences," getting a recent boost popularity thanks to cameo appearances on "Parks and Recreation" and serving as Channing Tatum's key song in the "Magic Mike" movies.
Tickets will go on sale beginning Friday, Nov. 9 at 10 a.m., with reserved seating starting at $32. Tickets will be available at Ticketmaster.com, the Miller High Life Theatre box office and over the phone at (800) 745-3000.
As much as it is a gigantic cliché to say that one has always had a passion for film, Matt Mueller has always had a passion for film. Whether it was bringing in the latest movie reviews for his first grade show-and-tell or writing film reviews for the St. Norbert College Times as a high school student, Matt is way too obsessed with movies for his own good.
When he's not writing about the latest blockbuster or talking much too glowingly about "Piranha 3D," Matt can probably be found watching literally any sport (minus cricket) or working at - get this - a local movie theater. Or watching a movie. Yeah, he's probably watching a movie.
