Tickets are still available for a very special dinner at Locavore Restaurant in the Potawatomi Hotel & Casino this Thursday, Aug. 20 beginning at 7 p.m.
The dinner, which includes a five-course German-inspired spread, will feature locally produced beers from Walker's Point's Brenner Brewing.
Dishes, created by Chef Van Luu, will include:
- Smoked Trout featuring pumpernickel crouton, celery, radish and German potato served with Butterfly Farts beer
- Rabbit Stew featuring carrots, English peas, lacinato kale, tomato, mushrooms, scallion, beer chicken broth and beans served with Star Baby IPA
- Schwenkbraten Pork Schnitzel featuring mustard jus, chanterelle mushrooms, broccolini and leeks served with Bacon Bombbeer
