Last week, Harbor House executive chef Carlos DeLeon resigned his position. Chef de cuisine, Zach Espinosa, was promoted to the executive chef position. Harbor House, run by the Bartolotta Restaurant Group, opened last July in the former Pieces of Eight space on the edge of Lake Michigan.
