As Jeff Sherman and Lori Friedrich have reported, Giovanni's restaurant, once the best place for a veal chop in Milwaukee, is going to reopen on Old World 3rd Street. I have great hope that it can capture the magic way with food that the old place, located at Van Buren and Brady Streets, had. But no matter how good the food is, it won't be the same without Max Adonis.
