Make no mistake, West Allis is fast becoming a beer town. The city's two breweries - the nearly 7-year-old Westallion and toddling year-and-a-half Layman Brewing - will soon double as Ope! and Perspective Brewing both expect to open in spring just a few blocks from one another.
