Anyone who has passed the distinctive retail building on the northeast corner of 56th and North will recognize its quirky-looking tower with the green oxidized copper point and the hexagonal, one-handed clock with letters instead of numbers. Those letters spell out the name Schwantes and the letters B and G. But what does it mean?
