For 179 episodes and almost a decade, Topher Grace played a Wisconsinite on the hit sitcom "That '70s Show." Today, however, he graduated to a true official Sconnie as he dropped by the Wisconsin State Fair this afternoon.
The actor tweeted about his visit Monday afternoon – with some very apt hashtags and some smartly placed product placement for Saz's.
Big shout out to the 5 people who didn’t shout out "Hello Wisconsin!" at the @wistatefair today #deepfriedoreos #funnelcake #corndogsfordays #cheesecurdsforlife pic.twitter.com/AfNOrjgxxZ — Topher Grace (@TopherGrace) August 5, 2019
What, no hashtag love for the deep fried booyah? Also, considering my headline, I guess I'm not included in that big shout-out. Dang it!
Why was the star of "Spider-Man 3," BlacKkKlansman" and the "Smithereens" episode of the most recent "Black Mirror" season in Wisconsin? A dutiful pilgrimage to see the state that helped make Eric Forman famous? Heard about deep fried milk (with cookie dip) and needed to try it for himself? A big fan of Chris Kroeze from "The Voice," performing tonight at the Associated Bank Amphitheater? Perhaps it has something to do with his podcast, "Minor Adventures with Topher Grace," where he brings celebrities along on random activities? Or maybe he just happened to be around with some time to kill.
We don't know, but we do know this: Add this to your list of reasons why you should head over to the Wisconsin State Fair – you never know who you'll see!
As much as it is a gigantic cliché to say that one has always had a passion for film, Matt Mueller has always had a passion for film. Whether it was bringing in the latest movie reviews for his first grade show-and-tell or writing film reviews for the St. Norbert College Times as a high school student, Matt is way too obsessed with movies for his own good.
When he's not writing about the latest blockbuster or talking much too glowingly about "Piranha 3D," Matt can probably be found watching literally any sport (minus cricket) or working at - get this - a local movie theater. Or watching a movie. Yeah, he's probably watching a movie.
