As you may have heard, the Oscar nominations came out yesterday morning. The next 44 days will be filled with talk of snubs, surprises and expectations.

But what about the most important part: the movies themselves? 43 total feature films were nominated for awards yesterday, and if you’re like me (which, if you are, I’m sorry), you have an OCD-level compulsion to see them all. Most of them are still in theaters (an overwhelming majority of the nominees, namely in the major categories, were released within the past three months), but some can be harder to find.

To help, here’s a list of all the nominees listed in alphabetical order and where you can currently find and watch them. Then, come March 2, you’ll be able to impress all of your friends with your knowledge about the nominees for Best Sound Mixing. Maybe impress isn’t the right word …

Matt Mueller Culture Editor

As much as it is a gigantic cliché to say that one has always had a passion for film, Matt Mueller has always had a passion for film. Whether it was bringing in the latest movie reviews for his first grade show-and-tell or writing film reviews for the St. Norbert College Times as a high school student, Matt is way too obsessed with movies for his own good.

When he's not writing about the latest blockbuster or talking much too glowingly about "Piranha 3D," Matt can probably be found watching literally any sport (minus cricket) or working at - get this - a local movie theater. Or watching a movie. Yeah, he's probably watching a movie.
