Bryant's Cocktail Lounge

With its menu-free approach, dimly lit and warmly jazzy vibe, and – of course – its old-school cocktails, ice cream drinks and tasty tipples, Bryant's may be a total throwback, but the South Side lounge is a classic no matter the year and no matter your taste. And it would appear OnMilwaukee voters would agree, as Bryant's snagged its eighth straight win in the best craft cocktails category. 

Bryant's may have dominated the top of the standings for most of a decade, but as you can see from the rest of the best as voted on by the readers, the Milwaukee cocktail scene is much more than just one terrific tavern. Bay View's Lost Whale found its way to a respectable second place while Boone & Crockett's Walker's Point digs scored a solid third place, fellow old-school drink depot At Random landed just behind in fourth and Foundation Tiki Bar's Riverwest tropical escape rounded out the top five. 

OnMilwaukee editors' pick: Bittercube Bar & Bazaar

Ask to sample their bitters while you’re there!
