Double Cut Charcoal Grill, a steak and seafood bistro, opens today at the Kalahari Resorts in Wisconsin Dells.

The restaurant was created via a partnership with Minneapolis-based Parasole Restaurant Holdings and replaces the resort's Kahunaville Restaurant.

Double Cut – which has a casual vibe early and gets more lively as the night progresses – specializes in charcoal-grilled steaks, chops and seafood, with a shellfish bar.

Attached are the property's Liquor Bar and private dining rooms for parties with as few as six and as many as 72 guests.

The restaurant is open for dinner daily and is available any time of day for private events booked in advance.

"The grill is the perfect vehicle for both meats and fish and brings a unique flavor to our signature dishes," said Travis Nelson, spokesperson for Kalahari Resorts. "Simply put, it’s the best way to do justice to the quality of our steaks, chops and seafood."
