The Milwaukee summer concert slate is coming together step by step – now including a visit from '80s boy band faves New Kids On The Block, bringing their "Magic Summer 2024" tour to the American Family Insurance Amphitheater on Saturday, Aug. 24.
Joining the "Hangin' Tough" and "Please Don't Go Girl" throwback hitmakers will be fellow nostalgic opening acts Paula Abdul and DJ Jazzy Jeff.
New Kids On The Block aren't new to Milwaukee; they most recently visited Brew City just last year, hitting Fiserv Forum with En Vogue, Salt-N-Pepa and Rick Astley.
Tickets for the NKOTB tour stop will go on sale to the general public beginning Friday, Nov. 3 at 10 a.m. at Ticketmaster and LiveNation's websites as well as in person at the Amp box office. There will also be a presale, however, for Citi cardmembers starting Wednesday, Nov. 1 at noon. For more information, visit Citi's website.

As much as it is a gigantic cliché to say that one has always had a passion for film, Matt Mueller has always had a passion for film. Whether it was bringing in the latest movie reviews for his first grade show-and-tell or writing film reviews for the St. Norbert College Times as a high school student, Matt is way too obsessed with movies for his own good.
When he's not writing about the latest blockbuster or talking much too glowingly about "Piranha 3D," Matt can probably be found watching literally any sport (minus cricket) or working at - get this - a local movie theater. Or watching a movie. Yeah, he's probably watching a movie.
