Mandel Group, Inc. announced the development of Portfolio, a 24-story high-rise luxury apartment community at the northeast corner of North Prospect and East Ogden Avenues set to break ground in spring 2017.
Upon completion, Portfolio will incorporate 235 apartments and finalize the development of East Pointe, an award-winning mixed-use community which Mandel Group started developing in 1988.
Whereas recent apartment communities in Downtown Milwaukee focus on the Millennial generation, the physical amenities and life-style services at Portfolio will be geared toward empty nesters.
An outdoor pool deck, fire-pit, and lounge overlooking Lake Michigan, clubroom area with internet cafe, billiard room, fully-equipped fitness/wellness center with yoga studio, golf-simulator, pet spa, and dog-run offer amenities for a generation looking to exchange home upkeep for a simpler, more accessible lifestyle.
