All year long, the Green Bay Packers have approached injuries with the "next man up" mentality. Head coach Mike McCarthy has asked his team to "Keep Calm and Carry On" in the the face of that adversity. But with MVP quarterback Aaron Rodgers going out with a left shoulder injury and the Packers losing 27-20 to the Chicago Bears on Monday night, it will take a team effort to replace him.
